Please read through our policies before placing an order.
Ordering
Orders must be placed 2 weeks in advance. Orders are confirmed only after a deposit is paid. Last-minute orders depend on availability and may include a rush fee (£20). All design details must be agreed before confirmation.
Payment
Non-refundable deposit (50%) required to secure a date. Full payment due before collection/delivery (e.g., 48 hours prior). Accepted payment methods: bank transfer. No payment = no cake release.
Deposits & cancellations
Deposits are non-refundable (covers time and preparation). Cancellations within a week before collection may require full payment. Refunds not offered once cake is collected unless there is a clear issue on your side.
Design
Inspiration photos are accepted but exact copies aren't guaranteed. Colours and decorations may vary slightly due to handmade nature. Final design decisions should be confirmed by a week before collection.
Collection & delivery
Collection times must be agreed in advance. Customer is responsible for the cake once collected. Cakes can be delivered by Uber; charges will apply. Cakes should be transported with care.
